低脂優格舒芙蕾 Low Fat Yogurt Souffle

今天這款的舒芙蕾跟經典的做法:卡士達醬+蛋白霜,不論是食材跟做法都有很大的差異,首先,使用了低GI食材希臘優格、覆盆子果泥、楓糖做出比經典舒芙蕾熱量少一半的優格舒芙蕾,更棒的是,不論是作法、食材準備、製作時間都更快速容易了,一點都不輸經典舒芙蕾入口即化的口感。

※材料配方
可做2個

75g 原味希臘優格
8g 覆盆子果泥 *想要做原味版本,可將果泥替代成優格,共83g
1pc 蛋
1大匙 低筋麵粉
少許鹽
1/8小匙 塔塔粉(cream of tartar)
20g 楓糖 (天然的楓糖的熱量比一般白糖低,當然也可以用白糖1:1替代)
